When the private CV request system is accessed directly, submitted data is used to register and manage the request and send the selected CV version. It is not used for advertising or newsletters.
Processing is based on the consent of the person initiating the communication and, where applicable, on pre-contractual measures related to a professional enquiry, potential project, collaboration or recruitment process.
CV requests process the requester’s name, email address, company when voluntarily provided, professional profile of interest, requested CV language, form language and submission date/time. Other communications process only the information voluntarily provided. Technical analytics data is generated only after explicit consent.
Communications and CV requests are retained for the time required to respond, manage the professional relationship and keep a reasonable internal record of professional requests. Data may also be retained for applicable legal periods or to address potential liabilities.
Personal data is not sold or transferred for commercial purposes. The CV request workflow may use Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Google Drive and Google email services to register the request and automatically send the corresponding document. LinkedIn and, when authorised, Google Analytics may process information under their own terms and policies.
